Maker13 is ready to empower individuals to make a BIG impact in the Southern Indiana community! We are providing opportunity to Make Your Move on your entrepreneurship dreams through a six-month guided business program. Whether you are a skilled tradesman, an artist, or new to the maker scene, we will provide the tools, training, and resources to successfully run your business. We realize life is complex -this program is designed to work with your busy schedule.

The six-month Make Your Move program is valued at $4000 per participant and will be offered each Fall and Spring semester. During this Fall semester, the Floyd County Legacy Foundation and Caesar Foundation are providing 9 scholarships for any Floyd County resident!

The Make Your Move Program will consist of the following:

• Power Membership to Maker13 (50 equipment hours per month)

• 5 Equipment Training Classes at Maker13 (Click here for a full list of classes)

  • CO2 Laser Cutting and Printing

  • Embroidery and Sewing

  • Metal Works and Plasma Cutting

  • Vinyl Cutting and Printing

  • Woodworking and CNC Router Table Design

• Monthly Business Coaching Seminars

• Business Guidance and Social Networking with Local Industry Leaders from Impact100, Ad Cucina, ISBDC, First Savings Bank, and more.

Participants will leave the program with a completed business plan, a finished product, and the readiness to lead a small business.

The Make Your Move program is for motivated individuals ages 18 and older.

The next Make Your Move program will run from September 6, 2023 to February 7, 2024.
