Innovate WithIN Pitch Workshop
Prepare for the Innovate WithIN Pitch Competition or get some extra practice with expert guidance, live pitch practice, and real-time feedback!
This event is designed for high school students, but this is free and open to the public for pitching and observing.
The event will take place on April 1st, 2025 from 5:30-7pm at Novaparke Innovation and Technology Campus located at 111 Innovation Parkway, Georgetown, IN.
🔹 5:30 PM – Pitch Deck Presentation
Dr. Aycan Kara, Associate Professor of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from IU Southeast, will break down the essentials of an effective pitch deck—what investors and judges look for, how to structure your story, and key design tips to make your idea stand out.
🔹 6:00 PM – Keynote & Practice Pitches
Seth Lieber from Go SoIN Tourism will share insights on how to pitch with confidence, stage presence, and audience engagement. Students will then have the chance to practice their pitches live and receive real-time feedback to fine-tune their delivery.

Innovation WithIN Pitch Competition Region 6 Semi-Finals
Presented by the StartED Up Foundation, join Maker13 in welcoming the largest high school pitch competition in the state of Indiana. We will hear from the top 10 business pitches in Region 6 as they compete for the first place in the regional semi-finals and a chance to present at the state finals in June 2025.
